AsianFin – The popular Chinese lifestyle platform Xiaohongshu has officially adopted the English name “rednote” in app stores, reflecting a unified global branding strategy.
On Apple’s iOS App Store, the app is now listed as “rednote,” using all lowercase letters instead of the previously common translation “RedNote.” Similarly, on the Google Play Store for Android devices, the app’s name has been standardized to “rednote,” replacing the former “REDnote” branding.
This rebranding marks a notable shift as Xiaohongshu continues its efforts to strengthen its international presence and create a more cohesive brand identity.
