AsianFin -- The Entrepreneur 3.0 era represents a shift from material pursuits to the pursuit of deeper beliefs, said Huang Hongsheng, founder of Skyworth Group and Kaiwo Group, and Dean of Skyworth Business School, shared his thoughts on the future of entrepreneurship.
He made the remarks at the 2024 T-EDGE Conference on December 6.
According to Huang, the Entrepreneur 3.0 era is defined by two key aspects:
- Altruism – This new understanding emphasizes selflessness and the willingness to contribute to societal good.
- Innovation and Technological Advancement – Entrepreneurs, through innovation and technological progress, can make significant contributions to the wealth of the nation and the prosperity of the people, a responsibility that entrepreneurs cannot shy away from.
Huang emphasized that, in this new era, entrepreneurs are not only driven by profit but also by a sense of purpose and commitment to the broader good of society.
