Xiaomi’s China Division has initiated a significant round of personnel adjustments affecting several core operational roles across its smartphone, automotive, and major home appliance businesses.

As part of the restructuring, Wang Xiaoyan—Senior Vice President of Xiaomi Group and President of Xiaomi China—will concurrently serve as General Manager of Sales Operations Department I. Guo Jinbao, currently General Manager of Xiaomi’s Jiangsu branch, has been appointed General Manager of Sales Operations Department II. He will report directly to Wang while continuing to oversee the Jiangsu branch.

In the automotive business, Zhang Jian, formerly General Manager of Xiaomi Auto’s Sales, Delivery, and Service Department, has been reassigned as General Manager of the New Retail Department, also reporting to Wang. Xia Zhiguo will take over Zhang’s former role as General Manager of the Auto Sales, Delivery, and Service Department, while retaining his concurrent position as head of the department’s Sales Operations unit.

Additionally, Xiaomi has named He Junling as General Manager of its Gansu–Qinghai–Ningxia regional branch, where he will likewise report to Wang.

The reshuffle highlights Xiaomi’s ongoing efforts to strengthen management alignment and operational efficiency across its expanding product ecosystem, particularly amid the company’s rapid push into the electric vehicle market.
