J.P. Morgan Cuts Stake in Bilibili-W to 15.98%

J.P. Morgan has reduced its shareholding in Bilibili.com. The firm’s stake fell from 16.29% to 15.98% as of December 2, according to disclosures from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. 

According to the filing, the shares were sold at an average price of HK$203.1050.

The transaction marks a modest trim in J.P. Morgan’s position in the video and entertainment platform, which is one of the most closely watched Chinese tech firms listed both in the U.S. and Hong Kong.
