AI programming startup Cursor said it has raised $2.3 billion in a Series D round, giving the company a post-money valuation of $29.3 billion.
The round was co-led by Accel and new investor Coatue, with existing backers Thrive Capital and DST Global also participating. Google and Nvidia joined the financing as well.
Cursor said its annualized revenue has surpassed $1 billion, underscoring rapid growth as demand for AI-driven software development tools accelerates.
