A U.S. federal judge in Texas has rejected requests by Apple Inc. and OpenAI to dismiss a lawsuit filed by Elon Musk’s xAI, requiring both companies to formally respond, TMTPost reported.

The ruling, issued on Nov. 13 local time, orders Apple and OpenAI to submit additional filings outlining their positions. xAI sued the two companies in August, accusing them of unlawfully colluding to stifle competition in artificial intelligence.
